Did You Have a Good Friday?

Good Friday in my family, in my Creole family, in my Creole-Catholic family, means fried fish…and plenty of it. Have to admit, though, I’m pretty happy that every Friday after this (until next Lent) means I’ll have food options. I don’t hate fish, but it’s not my favorite dish either. But I did enjoy spending the entire afternoon with my family.
